Beta Systems Software AG has acquired all shares in DETEC Decision Technology Software GmbH and DSP DETEC Software Products GmbH, Rüsselsheim, with effect as of January 1, 2009.
Both DETEC companies will continue to be operated independently, and with an expanded management base. There will be no changes for DETEC customers, all contact persons remain at your service.
Beta Systems was founded in 1983, has been listed on the stock exchange since 1997 and employs a staff of more than 600. Company headquarters are located in Berlin. Beta Systems is an internationally active company with competence centers in Augsburg, Cologne and Calgary as well as 18 affiliated companies and numerous partner businesses. DETEC in Rüsselsheim will now become an additonal competence center.
