E-Mailing Individual Documents
The LibertySoft LS/Mail interface also works at the document level. The decision to e-mail the final output document (a multi-page invoice, for example) can be made dynamically depending on the information in the block of raw input data required to create that document. Blocks of raw data can be output to several output channels and formatted in parallel (for example, archiving and mailing).

E-Mailing Attachments
E-Mails produced by LibertySoft and the LS/Mail interface (e.g. Text, RTF, HTML) use a template for the mailed message which includes variables for data extracted from the raw input data and attach the output document to the mail message, for example as a PDF document. The recipient therefore receives a personalized e-mail message plus the output document complete with it’s formatting, images, barcodes, etc.

Additional external attachments are also supported
Alongside the documents that LibertySoft itself produces, the e-mails output from LS/Mail can include additional attachments (from any source and in any valid format). Thus an invoice, for example, in PDF format can be forwarded with an additional flyers (e.g. special product offers in HTML format).

Supported Messaging Systems
LS/Mail is currently in use with MS Exchange and Lotus Notes.

Documents to be transferred via SendMail can also be prepared using LibertySoft.
