We provide technical consultation and advice concerning the implementation of DETEC products, including the installation and configuration of these products.
We implement projects in UNIX, Windows and OS/390 (z/OS) operating environments. Implementation tasks are carried out on site or on behalf of the customer at DETEC.
DETEC offers regular training. Courses are offered in both English and German. Visit our training page to learn more.
Support with technical problems, answers for specific technical questions and the availability of the latest software releases are provided to customers who have a valid product maintenance agreement.
Additional services such as conversion of fonts can be provided upon request.
