ANAHEIM, CA, May 7, 2012 - UNICOM'S founder and CEO Corry Hong will deliver his renowned presentation on "Leadership Through Technology" to executives attending the IT Executive Conference (ITEC) at the annual meeting of the COMMON user group focused on users of the IBM i platform. Due to reaction from previous attendees, Hong is reprising his highly successful presentation delivered to the SHARE user group's IT ExecuForum held in Atlanta, Georgia in March 2012.
Hong's presentation discusses many important aspects of the trends in technology and specifically highlights examples of where technology has advanced the needs of businesses, and where the lack of technology leadership has contributed to the failure of several well known companies.
The ITEC is an invitation-only subset of the broader COMMON user group which focuses on users of the IBM i platform worldwide. The much smaller group highlights sessions and information which is more strategic in nature and focused on the important trends which influence IT executive viewpoints.
"UNICOM has built a business over the last 30 years which rivals very few in the world and accordingly we've developed extensive experience in technology leadership," said Corry Hong, UNICOM's founder and CEO. "This presentation has stimulated incredible discussion among executives and is designed to create encouragement to foster the leadership that companies are relying upon."
In addition to Hong's presentation to the ITEC membership, UNICOM Global is also sponsoring an excluisve event at the world-famous PickFair estate in Beverly Hills, a property owned by UNICOM Global and used for a variety of corporate events and meetings. ITEC attendees will enjoy an intimate evening and dinner in an amazing setting with the entire evening underwritten by UNICOM.
